Please review and understand the Enchanted Leaves return & refund policy:

Eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and a 50% damages fee.

Refunds will only be issued within 15 days of receipt of purchase date per Enchanted Leaves's policy, minus all shipping  and postage costs and up to a 20% restocking fee, upon return of item/items in new/unworn/original condition and in original packaging, including the poly anti-tarnish bag contained within the organza drawstring gift pouch or gift box.

*Returns are prohibited for Electroforming Supplies, in compliance to DOT(Department of Transportation) rules and regulations, I cannot accept or process returns for hazardous materials.*

There are no returns or exchanges accepted on custom design orders and sale items.

Return shipping is at customer's expense.

Items are carefully evaluated prior to refunds being issued. 
Damage fees will be assessed up to 50% for damaged/worn/used returns.
Allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed, following the return inspection of the product(s).

All items are handmade by me, upon receipt of your order. Restocking/damage fees allow for recovery of labor costs, shipping supplies and selling fees. 

Exchanges

If the reason for the jewelry item return request is a something that can be solved (chain too short/long, need a different color or style, or another type of customization), please let me know, and we can work out an exchange instead of a return. You may exchange your item within 15 days of purchase. 
The jewelry item to be exchanged must be unworn and new condition for exchange eligibility. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for the exchange in sending in back and receiving the new item. If the item to be exchanged is valued less than the new item, the customer is responsible to make up the value difference.

There are no exchanges for used/worn jewelry, customer damaged items, custom made items, or on any Electroforming supplies.
